Caine Prize Week: 25th June – 30th June

As some of you may know, I recently started a role as administrator for the Caine Prize for African Writing, and we’re in the midst of our key season, the lead up to the Prize announcement – when all the writers on the shortlist for the prize come to London, ahead of the award announcement on the 2nd July. Throughout this week – (26th June – 30th June) we and our partners bring you a series of events to meet the writers, hear them read their stories and talk about their work. The events are taking place all over London, and it would be lovely to see you at one or all of them!

You can read the shortlisted stories here and learn more about the five writers up for this year’s prize
